Test area of Oil type Power Transformer Test Laboratory is 5 m x 8 m (width & length). In order to obtain the grounding resistance value below 0,5 Ω, grounding rods that connected to each other, piled under test area. An amorphous metal transformer (AMT) is a type of energy efficient transformer found on electric grids. The magnetic core of this transformer is made with a ferromagnetic amorphous metal. The typical material (Metglas) is an alloy of iron with boron, silicon, and phosphorus in the form of thin (e.g. 25 µm) foils. These materials have high magnetic susceptibility, very low co ercivity and high electrical resistance. The high resistance and thin foils lead to low losses by eddy currents when subjected to alternating magnetic fields. Our standard farady distribution transformers are hermetically sealed

Our standard farady oil immersed distribution transformers are manufactured to meet the requirements of international standards (IEC). Design according to other national standards (ANSI, BS etc.) is available upon request. Our standard farady distribution transformers are hermetically sealed and made with corrugated tank design. The flexible corrugated cooling will take up the oil expansion. Upon request can the transformer be made free breathing, which means adding an oil expansion/conservator tank equipped with a dehydrating breather. The energy losses are standardized to three categories; normal, medium and low losses. Other specific requirements in terms of energy losses can be achieved with our customized design. The level of accessories and monitoring equipment is limited to such types that can be retrofitted to the standard design.

Farady Electric Co.,Ltd VR-8 single phase step voltage regulators are tap-changing autotransformers. They regulate distribution line voltages from 10% raise (boost) to 10% lower (buck) in thirty-two steps of approximately 5/8% each. Voltage ratings are available from 2400 volts (60 kV BIL) to 34,500 volts (200 kV BIL) for 60 Hz and 50 Hz systems. Internal potential winding taps and an external ratio correction transformer are provided on all ratings so that each regulator may be applied to more than one system voltage. Smaller kVA sizes are supplied with support lugs for pole mounting and with substation or platform tie down provisions. Larger sizes are provided with substation bases with pad-mounting provisions.

Farady oil immersed power transformer series are mainly used in agroindustrial power grid for urban and rural and transmission and distribution for the industrial and mining enterprise. This product involves oil immersed self-cooling, non-excitation voltage regulation, pan seal more than 50 new varieties and structures, the characters of which are stable performance, high reliability, compact conformation, beautiful appearance and energy and consumption saving, free of maintenance and repair, etc. This method is used for oil immersed transformers. In this method, the heat generated in the core and winding is transferred to the oil. According to the principle of convection, the heated oil flows in the upward direction and then in the radiator. The vacant place is filled up by cooled oil from the radiator. The heat from the oil will dissipate in the atmosphere due to the natural air flow around the transformer. In this way, the oil in transformer keeps circulating due to natural convection and dissipating heat in atmosphere due to natural conduction.
