Farady oil immersed transformer Hanging Point Step

Before the oil immersed transformer hanging core work preparation:

⑴ tool material preparation: such as storage tank, oil filter, complete sets of wrenches, Dao Ben, oil-resistant rubber rope, white cloth, insulation cardboard.

⑵ equipment for the preparation of lifting: such as cranes, chain, lever hoist, tripod, wire rope, etc., if the chain, must be based on the height of the farady transformer and the weight of the hanger.

⑶ transformer oil treatment, take oil samples and test, do a good job in oil preparation, including oil filter paper.

⑷ do the preparation of oil pan, hand-core line.

The height of the hanger (h) shall not obstruct the lifting of the body.

So h = h1 + h2 + h3 + h4 + h5 test = h1 tank height h2 height of the device h3 rope height h4 pulley (or chain) minimum distance h5 standby height (300 ~ 500mm)

Dropping steps:

⑴ selected hanging core position, put the oil (placed under the broader market)

⑵ remove the explosion-proof tube, oil pillow, gas relay

⑶ remove the big cover bolts

⑷ use the balance iron will be hanging on the iron plate

⑸ check:

① core insulation

② core insulation

③ wear the core bolt insulation

④ tap switch contact insulation

⑤ high and low voltage lead

⑥ tank debris

⑦ heat pipe with or without clogging

⑧ telemetry insulation resistance

⑨ measure the DC resistance

⑹ all items after the inspection did not find the problem should be promptly loaded back, the iron back in the tank

⑺ strong cover bolts

⑻ install the removed accessories

⑼ into the qualified oil

⑽ static 6-10 hours after a full set of pressure test ⑾ site installation.
