Oil-immersed transformer inspection items are as follows:

1, see the 11kv single phase transformer is not a threat to the safety of the transformer running around the hidden dangers;
2, see the gas relay is not full of oil;
3, see the side of the casing is not damaged, there is no discharge traces or other anomalies;
4, check the cooling device operation;
5, check the conventional type transformer running sound is normal;
6, check the connection head and the side of the casing pile with or without heating, discoloration;
7, to see the discoloration of respirator selenium color change has not changed;
8, see the oil pillow and oil filling casing in the oil level, oil color is normal, there is no oil leakage phenomenon;
9, see the annex and the body without leakage, oil leakage phenomenon;
10, check the upper oil temperature table indicates there is no abnormal situation;
11, check the explosion-proof tube diaphragm has no effusion, the appearance is not complete and so on.
