Farady standard oil immersed distribution transformers

Farady standard oil immersed distribution transformers are manufactured to meet the requirements of international standards (IEC). Design according to other national standards (ANSI, BS etc.) is available upon request. Our standard transformers are hermetically sealed and made with corrugated tank design. The flexible corrugated cooling will take up the oil expansion. Upon request can the Farady transformer be made free breathing, which means adding an oil expansion /conservator tank equipped with a dehydrating breather.The energy losses are standardized to three categories; normal, medium and low losses. Other specific requirements in terms of energy losses can be achieved with our customized design. The level of accessories and monitoring equipment is limited to such types that can be retrofitted to the standard design.

We produce three phase oil immersed distribution transformers with rated power in range from 25 kVA up to 25,000 kVA. Our transformers are both types, hermetically sealed and with conservator. They are manufactured in accordance with local and international standards and fully adapted for mounting in complete transformer substations and steel-lattice poles. The windings can be made from aluminium or copper depending on customer requirements and needs. We produce farady oil immersed transformer with different series of losses according to EN 50464-1 but also special transformers for dedicated services with customized losses and design.
